The Assistant Director for Lay Formation develops and implements of the overall vision of faith formation in the Diocese. Specifically, the Assistant Director will be responsible for forming and recruiting new Master Catechists and organizing the ongoing development of parish catechetical leadership. In collaboration with the team, the Assistant Director will create and coordinate formation days, trainings, seminars, and workshops for Parish Catechetical Leaders, RCIA Coordinators, Confirmation Coordinators, and others involved in faith formation. Ideal candidate is passionate about forming and accompanying missionary disciples through evangelizing catechesis, has experience forming adults at the parish and/or diocesan level, holds a Masters Degree in Theology, Pastoral Ministry or a related field. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required. Full Time, exempt salary is $70,400-75,000 per year. Apply here:
